She always looked younger than she was and now she's looking older and rougher

She looks like she smokes. In her twenties she could easily pass for a 16 year old for a good 10 years but after she got married her looks really advanced and now she can easily pass for being in her early 40s.

I prefer the term "Quake-Her", as it seems more like an 'action' word than a descriptive one.
