She is annoying as a small barking dog. I.e., very annoying.

Nothing at all to do with the fact that she is charming, funny, beautiful and has great comedic timing.
As for her voice, I don't think a unique tone or accent is exactly a hindrance to a sitcom career. People seemed to love Lucille Ball and Fran Drescher and both of them make Sofia's voice sound like the trill of a nightingale.
She would still be a total babe with a smaller chest.
