Favourite John Williams Soundtrack and Favourite Soundtrack of all time!

My favourite Williams OST has gotta be The Patriot, which is also my favourite OST of all time. Should have gotten an Oscar for that.

How has he not earned a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame but people like Orlando Bloom or Kaley Cuoco have? I guess that is another thread topic.

It's a toss-up between "E.T." and "Hook." Both are so beautiful and emotional!

Superman, followed closely by the original Star Wars Trilogy.

E.T. definitely. The most beautiful score to the most beautiful film ever made imho!

It’s hard to pick a favorite by Williams, so many. It’s a tie, Jurassic Park and Superman.

My all-time favorite, Trevor Jones’ “The Last of the Mohicans”.

I vote Superman, but there are so many great ones. Jaws, The Empire Strikes Back, Raiders of the Lost Ark, and on and on.

Shindler’s List anyone? Nobody has mentioned this beautiful score. With THAT violin solo, so so beautiful and heartfelt. A masterpiece.
