She was a quite a beauty and surprisingly added some great comedy to Cheers. Was also good in the Tom Selleck/Gene Simmons movie, Runaway.

Sad to hear and a big shock. I will always remember her as Saavik, the Vulcan/Romulan character in Wrath of Khan. I was seriously disappointed when she didn't reprise her role in the next film. But she redeemed herself in Cheers as the seriously neurotic and wacky Rebecca!
