....to see a highly dubious and most likely staged incident at the Oscars telecast and now this is all you people have to talk about during a period when the world is under threat of nuclear war.
AMERICAN IDIOT #1: I think Will Smith was wrong!
AMERICAN IDIOT #2: no Chris Rock was wrong! He should never have made those alopecia jokes about Jada!
AMERICAN IDIOT #3: God bless Will Smith! He just protecting his family!

Non-American idiot here. I don't think it was staged. It was embarrassing for the ceremony and Smith's wife. Sure, the slap was of the kind they give each other in the movies but I don't think that he wanted to slap him that hard. It was a statement. Hopefully this is the end of the liberal distasteful and offending jokes.

Oh yes I saw it. Nicely done satire. Some of it quite funny. Leonardo DiCaprio was particularly amusing. They even liked that one on the World Socialist Website (wsws.org)
