for the last few years she has looked about 60 years old and a bad 60 years old. she looks so old now it's painful to look at her which is amazing considering she used to be one of the prettiest girls ever.

Worse still, people like Heather are in the public eye and need to maintain an image so that they can continue to work. If they don't, they dont eat. And that often forces such people to spend lots of money on that image, including surgery. Because people expect them to look a certain way, and will continue to follow them, pay for their movies etc.
The minute they deviate from that image, or if natural aging takes its toll...then we get stupid posts like this one.
No one looks tge same in their 60s as they did in their 30s. And if they do, tgen they have been seriously messing around with surgery. Its not a good look.
But you need to learn to accept that people age and will not look as appealing as they get older.
Because its people like you with such stupid comments that make actors feel like they have to mess with their bodies to maintain the image people like you seem to demand.
i have dealt with it. it's just really sad and depressing. she aged horribly because by about 10 years ago she looked really haggard and old and ugly. and she was only about 50 then.

we demand it because we deserve it. we only accept the best. hollywood is all about using, creating, and preserving an image of beauty and perfection. we want fantasy and perfection and beauty. we will accept nothing less. an actress can't be ugly, can't not wear any makeup, unless she looks good that way, and can't be fat. it's not an easy business to be in but we have high standards of beauty and we will let them know if they don't measure up to this ideal. it's fair because we deserve this.

In the real world, most actors do grow old and naturally start to play older roles in movies and TV. You cant expect an actress like Heather Locklear to continue to play blonde bimbos at 60.
