Stupid Old White Guy Maligns Kamala Harris As Having “IQ Of A Fence Post”

Just a few days ago, Andrew Garfield praised his Hacksaw Ridge director Mel Gibson for the “beautiful healing with himself” the controversial Oscar winner has done over the years. Based on comments Gibson made today at LAX about the Vice President of the United States, the We Live In Time actor might want to reconsider his perspective.

Caught at the airport by TMZ cameras, Gibson said that Kamala Harris has the “IQ of a fence post.”

Beforehand, the trucker hat wearing Braveheart director/actor declared he was voting for Donald Trump to get back in the White House. Gibson added that it “ain’t good” if the current VP won the very close election over Trump. “Miserable track record, appalling track record, and no policies to speak of,” Gibson proclaimed of Harris – as you can see below.

Gibson’s insult today echoes repeated attacks against Harris and her intelligence made by Trump.

Oh brother, is he back to spouting his mouth again?

First of all , anything he says is irrelevant. Go with Kamala, go with Trump, it's up to you - not what some celeb says or thinks.

Back to Mel, I thought he learned his lesson from all that drunken Jewish spouting he did years ago. It put him on the outs for like a decade. He seemed to be making a real nice comeback.

He may be like Mickey Rourke, he just can't help but destroy himself. Both of them, in interviews, you can tell they're screwed up. Particularly Mel with his discomfort. This guy seems to have so much trouble simply comporting himself. Maybe all the years of boozing made it impossible for him to just relax and talk with someone.

Mel is getting the sequel to "Passion of the Christ" going - I hope he doesn't screw it up because it is supposed to be a huge flick.

Unfortunately, he keeps proving you never know with him.

I am appalled at that statement! It is an insult to fenceposts everywhere. At least THEY serve a useful purpose.

Mel doesn't play the Hollywood bs game. If you ask him a question, he will be honest with you, whether you like the answer or not. And frankly, calling her dumb seems rather tame compared to what she and her camp have been calling Trump. There seems to be some hypocrisy there.

But back to Mel. He's actually great in interviews. Honest to a fault, sure. But also very funny, charming, thoughtful beyond cliches and fluff....and has a great, self-deprecating humor. Sure, he is flawed....maybe even bi-polar. But he'd be the first to admit that. I imagine people like Robert Downey, Jr. and Jodi Foster are pretty good judges of character, and I appreciate that they have been true friends and supporters of his. He does a lot for people (behind the scenes) that no one ever hears about.
People only enjoy negative headlines.

Wow, if this is how you feel - hey - fine by me.

In my view, after the catastrophe with the drunken incident, then his insanity while recorded (by that girl and Joe Ezterhaus) - I mean it was in full display - this guy is nuts! That's what his actions indicated.

He's in the dog house for years - then slowly but surely gets himself back together. Seems to be doing what he wants to do now - he's acting, directing. He is getting his way again.

Do you think it was all that smart of him, with his background, to publicly insult Kamala like that? Seems pretty stupid to me. I give Mel a lot of credit for his comeback - and his efforts to beat his demons. He ought to just keep his mouth shut at this point.
