Because the $99.00 Hoover special from WALMART finally died after owning it only a year and my carpet looked filthy from it, but I borrowed my sister's Shark Vacuum and there is simply no comparison. I'll pay the extra $$$$$ for a good vacuum π Santa will bring me a New Shark Vacuum for Christmas π

I have two floors in my house. I keep a vacuum on the first floor, and a vacuum on the second floor - just to make life easier.
They're the same vacuum - a Bissel Powerforce Helix. Now this part of it will sound like BS but it's actually the truth - one of the main reasons I bought this vacuum is it fit perfectly. Meaning my furniture, it gets underneath just right. The second floor vacuum, it fits perfectly in my office closet. The first floor, perfect fit in the pantry.
Now here is the good part, it only cost like 60 bucks (from Walmart). I've had both for years now - I don't even know how long - might even be 10 years. And both still work terrifically.
ANyway, to the OP, I hope you get as lucky as I did when you buy your new vacuum.
