shareI think you would need to be more specific. The Internet is a tool, invented by Americans. Tools can be used for good or bad in any situation. It's kind of a double-edged sword: for every good thing people used the internet for, bad people also used the internet to do bad things too. And don't think Americans have the corner market on doing bad stuff through the internet. There are bad actors around the world that misuse the internet too.
