Probably Wall Street. The Princess Bride was also very good. I saw Full Metal Jacket and Lethal Weapon after 1987 and also really liked them as well.

When I first saw the subject listed on the front page of General Discussion, I went ahead and made a list of 25 of my favorite films from 1987 (and yes, Mannequin was on that list).
Then when I read the actual post, I was quite surprised to see that Mrmojo4700 had set a limit of ten films.
Thus began some careful thought and a lot of trimming to get my list down to ten.

I love it also. We had a hunting camp in the 2000s where everyone had to get up really early so we could load up and make the 20 minute boat ride and set out duck decoys before the sun came up. Someone had a CD with that entire drill sergeant routine on it, and they would turn on the coffee and blast it over the inside speakers to wake everybody up. Everyone used to get up laughing and quote it all morning. π
