I've had my run ins with 'em as well. The most memorable one happened around 14 years ago. I left work early, in the middle of the day cause I was feeling super nauseous.
Then I spent 3 full hours in traffic. Those of us near the rear, had no idea wtf was happening & just assumed there was like an accident or something. But about 2hrs later, we found out that apparently some inconsiderate pricks blocked off the whole road, protesting animal cruelty & stuff.
I've never been involved in any car related accidents in my entire life but boy, was I tempted to run over some pricks that day. π
It's ridiculously self indulgent of these dopey, naive 'activist' pricks to stop traffic and totally disrupt regular people's lives. I was hoping for a few baseball bat beatings in that video, quite frankly that angry mob acted pretty reasonably.

I understand the climate/pollution concerns and we should work on that but some of these protesters seem like loons. People need to get to places for work, medical care or family issues. Attempting to stop traffic should be a serious crime, the roadways may be a real national security concern if we have another world war or terror attack, don't muck up the traffic flow, it already sucks..
