Today we went to the scenic town of Gouda (pronounced How-da).

We went to The Cheese Experience (Gouda is famous for cheese) and I had some Cheese beer 🍺

If this "cheese beer" tastes like anything, they should sell it in the US and give it a big advertising push... because it's a GLUTEN-FREE BEER!!!

Scads of people in the US (or at least California) eat gluten-free diets, and not just because of celiac, but because they think it'll help their figures or other health issues. I know someone who eats gluten-free because it helps his chronic migraines, and he drinks a bit but avoids beer because of the gluten. There's a market in the US, or at least in California.

Not a huge fan of beer, but colour me intrigued. Is this something that could be added to a grilled cheese sandwich?
