Is it best to say "No comment" if asked reason why giving your notice to quit?
Why bother giving the true reason especially if it's a toxic work environment? It's not like it will change anything anyway. So, why bother?
Also, employers can retaliate if you give a negative reason.
I'd say "No comment". Just keep it neutral. Short and sweet. Neither positive or negative.
You don't need to give a reason. You are simply parting ways. It's none of their business.
