I think it was a short story because Ceasar gets assassinated in real life but great series!

Caesar gets assassinated at the end of Season 1, so all of Season 2 was after his death...in other words the series wasn't strictly all about Julius Caesar.

All I remember was a bunch of men in white robes stabbing one guy like thirty times. I thought it ended there but I also remember a young boy and a mother. That might of been young Ceasar in season two? I have to rewatch these two seasons now.

The stabbing scene is in the Season One finale.

Young boy and his mother? There is no flashback in either season showing a young Caesar. We do see Caesar's son by Cleopatra, Caesarion, as a boy in Season 2. The only other young boys that come to mind are Niobe's son from her affair with her brother-in-law, also the the slave boy who for a period of time becomes part of the Vorenus household.

It could have used one or two more seasons, for sure.

I think it got decent ratings but it was very expensive to film.

It wasn't a flop but I would have loved a revival of time travel sitcom Goodnight Sweetheart that explored what happened next after the time portal reopens and Gary finds out he has a daughter in the 21st century.

Jordan Peele did a revival of the Twilight Zone but it was pretty bad.
Andromeda and Earth Final Conflict definitely fit for what I was thinking about.

Twilight Zone has been revived like 3 times already. Once in the 80s, once in the 2000s and now Peele's version.

Peeles TZ was very boring, I don’t think he understood what it was really supposed to be like. That said a lot of the original eps could be pointless too.

Psych has done 3 tv movies since the series ended. I would also like to see it come back. Maybe 8 to 10 episode seasons.
Sliders was good but with the sfx technology we have now it could be much better!

I don´t care much for a Sliders revival since I think they are too old at this point but I´d love to see a HD release of the first few seasons though. The SFX was never an issue for me, its all about good writing, thats why S1 and 2 stood out to me over S3 which had a higher budget but worse stories.

I agree. It was bad. I'm not sure who has the talent to bring this back. On top of that you need what the original TZ had
A level actors, but maybe just past their prime.
