And who has nobody to help him now that he's manic again, because he's surrounded himself with thieves, whores, and enablers, instead of people who will help him when he needs help.
He's also very unlikeable, whether that is due to his illness making him act out the way he does or whether he would still be an ass without bipolar etc is up for speculation.

He seems like a loathsome greatly deluded individual, a fragile narcissist, who greatly enjoys antagonizing people undeserving of his scorn while courting the esteem of people who hold him in contempt.
