shareI was a serious binge drinker in my 20s until I had kids, which probably saved my life. Now I can have a drink or 2 every once in a while and I enjoy marijuana on a daily basis.

I go to a bar about once a week and will drink about four beers when I’m there slowly over several hours. I purposely drink beer because I don’t like it and I know I won’t drink very much.

shareFunnily enough, not really. I do like to tie on a hefty buzz, but my username is not about that, at all.
I spent the latter half of my 20's working with explosives for a living down in Southern California. I found out pretty quickly that if you handle raw explosives with your bare hands, instead of wearing gloves like you're supposed to, it can make you a little sick. The nitroglycerin soaks through the skin and gets into your bloodstream. This will induce nausea, headache, and a slightly slowed mental state. In the industry, this condition is playfully referred to as a "nitro hangover."
I just thought it sounded cool, so it kinda became my online handle.
Not very often. Probably a little more during football season though. It's rare I drink enough to get really drunk, though.
