This place is pretty cool overall, it has a good design like the old imdb, but I keep getting messages about not being able to post. This place could be the new imdb but not if you can barely participate

Edit: yup. I waited 45 seconds and still got that message. I've never been in a movie board with such a long wait requirement. You really think spammers need a wait time longer than a minute? It's excessive
Yes, I remember it was five minutes when I first joined. It gradually reduced as time went on. Now I think it's about fifteen seconds.
