I'm looking for suggestions based off of my top 20. People have suggested Twin Peaks to me... but that looks really stupid so I refuse to watch that. I was also suggested Legion (2017-2019) and that was horribly confusing so I quit in the middle of season 1.

Based on your list, I'll go with Supernatural. It's a great show that maybe went on a little too long, but you can always stop where you don't find yourself enjoying it and, if you do happen to like the later seasons, there's plenty of them.

I actually did watch this and stopped somewhere along the way.. I forget the season. 10 maybe. Great show but... got very repetitive after a while.

Yet another series I did watch and actually stopped somewhere in the middle! That genre is definitely my favorite though, and I was very interested at the start

I've been trying to start 'Fringe' season 2 many times, just lose focus every time lol. It's a show I'd like to revisit soon.

After I finished watching that show I read about how the least liked season was season 5.. but that was my favorite. That's when the story really started to progress and get very interesting, rather than how the rest of the episodes were kind of like a case-by-case standalone thing, like CSI. Highly recommend though, fantastic show for sci-fi lovers.

Not per your list but I'd like to briefly chime in with --

The a-fore mentioned Sopranos and Mad Men, check and check.

I haven't binged a ton, but enjoyed -
Ray Donovan
Longmire
Battlestar Galactica

And gave Weeds a shot. It's worth checking out even if you don't stay for the long haul.
I can't resist Mary-Louise Parker and it's pretty funny at least the first few seasons.

Harper’s Island (09) is really good, it’s only 13 eps and has all of the classic slasher elements…gore, a secluded location, a bunch of dimwits going to a property where some lunatic killed a bunch of people years ago…This is a good series and won’t take up much time to binge👍

Yep it was a good show. My only gripe was that Elaine Cassidy ( Abby Mills ) used an American accent instead of her native Irish accent.
