Do you think I actually sexually assaulted this girl?

Once a girl said to me "don't touch me, that's sexual assault".

Context.

I was at a club and it was latin night.

I was dancing with a bunch of people and this girl was in front of me so I moved in and placed my hand on her hip. She lost it.

How is that sexual assault?

reply

that's not bad but I agree with her. When I was younger I would do weird stuff, like have a boner and put the womens hand on my hard weener. One time this girl was so drunk I kinda shouldn't of been giving her a reach around because I was horney but her friend told me to leave her alone and I did, the most creepy thing I did. I was out of line.

I just watched 'of mice and men' and I swear I know how controlling of a psycho I was, I was like lenny touching the hair , i'm diagnosed schizo effective.
I had fun younger, wasn't a playboy but I had the one night stands and stuff.

I just never really had a fuck buddy and I used to jerk it to my dad banging my step mom in my teens sometimes.

I am a lonely bastard but I like it. I know I made mistakes when I was younger. i'm a creep, I check out the webcam models.

I learned a hard-way that love is supposed to be more important than the lust and power and stuff

reply

sounds good

reply

Yes.

reply

I didn't touch her privates. I initiated a dance move.

reply

Of course, touching her privates would have been worse. (Generally. Some people have a special aversion to certain body parts being touched, and for her, maybe it is the hips. In any case, you didn't know her, you didn't ask her, she told you no, what are you asking us for? Can't you see what's right in front of you?)

reply

I had a girl place her hands on my privates as I danced, so I squeezed her ass and we made out. She then laughed and danced off with her female friend. That's the kind of thing that happens.

reply

Apparently, it is not the only kind of thing that happens though.

reply

Does it feel bad knowing that most EVERYBODY sees you for the failure troll piece of shit that you are or will you just regroup and come up with another piece of trash account?

Serious question…

reply

This guy can feel bad?

reply

Good question, how low can it go?

reply

Definitely a case of diminishing returns; the latest incarnation isn't amusing or funny.

reply

Has it done dead baby or holocaust denial posts yet?

Maybe I shouldn’t give it any material…

reply

No crows, no holographic planes...

reply

I wonder if a creepy old dude followed him around the public pool when he was a kid

reply

Or knocked on the shower cubicle.

reply

Has he rewatched The Irishman lately?
Or Deliverance..?

reply

Or King Kong (2005) - “A masterpiece”.

reply

If you were dancing with her, you placed your hand on her hip, she asked you not to touch her and you kept touching her, that'd be sexual assault.

If you retired your hand, then it's nothing.

reply

I did right away, hence my shock at her overreaction. What the hell is she doing in a nightclub? To listen to the music? 😂

reply

listen to the music, dancing for herself/with their friends
if you wanna lay, then go to tinder you weirdo. the 1980s are over

reply

"the 1980s are over"

That's a tragedy right there. But I guess you're happy living in this reboot of the 1690s.

reply

every time has its social norms, but grabbing a girls hips from behind is not adaequate at all
i bet OP is an ugly nerd

reply

Thanks, Mom!

reply

rapist mindset

reply

I don't like tinder.

reply

i hope the next girl suplexes you

reply

That's the most reasonable explanation. I guess she was wondering why they kept playing some strange rhythmic music instead of a Schubert's string quartet. 😁

reply

Give it a few years. It'll qualify as a violent rape.

reply

If that's sexual assault, I've been assaulted myself a couple of times, and I'm kind of a recluse.

If you didn't know her, maybe it should have been up to her to initiate dancing like that, but I'm old fashioned that way. I'd say its forward, but not sexual assault. I do not think you should have been prosecuted for it.

reply

I wasn't, she calmed down and her friends were like "okay bro, just back up".

reply

Next week, you'll see a couple figure skating and skate over to hold the lady up in the air by the crotch as is commonly practiced among figure skaters.

reply

LMAO...AWESOME.

reply

Just as breathing is sexual assault these days

reply

So does the OP have anything to worry about? Or will it haunt him till the rest of his life? Was he officially guilty of an intimate criminal offense? Does he now have to hide in shame and possibly from law? If the law doesn't touch him, has he been morally in the clear?

And if not, will he be allowed to live happily among us now?

Mmm?

reply

Oh come on. You can state that with a straight face like that and not lose sleep over it or even ponder if that's the case how ridiculous some portion of humanity has become?

You mean people make some or other alternative rules like that on the go and are "morally in the right"???!!!

Is playing with toy guns murder then or attempted one?

P.S. In some of those matters, I was going mad. I really began to HATE sex offenders so much that I couldn't reply to a sex crime post with a straight face and an open mind and plus, although I know I never will commit any offense of that nature, I can't help but wonder, oh God. I'm still haunted by my past internet activities of wonderings on the matter. In terms of how bad it REALLY is, but then again, yeah, I understand. Murder is bad too you know. But one issue is also more socially sensitive than another, in more ways than some care to understand. But its all human rules too, and for our good also, not just to preserve the proverbial "status quo", and I don't mean that popular rock band either.

reply

"The body apparently is connected straight to the self." Golden rules indeed. And laws, feelings and morals do indeed come from it too.

P.S. Notice how, yeah not always, there's always some exceptions. But even in a thread like this. Some people are nice and calm, others sensitive, and some ignorant, in one way or another. And oh well. My grandmother once got angry around me related to such topic.

"Just as breathing is sexual assault these days"

Whatever happened to the divisions of "good" and "bad" people in humanity, AS WELL as sex LAWS? :)

P.S. How come when these and other matters are discussed, on various sites, mature people often see right and wrong as two sides of the same coin and calmly and matter of fact state tough statements and don't call ignorant people even with potentially harmful words various cuss words and names like other people do on sites righteous anger and social justice warriors style and don't come to one overall conclusion as - always be this and that no matter the cost, ignore those who think like this they are idiots, here are the good guys and these are the bad guys etc, at least to make the overall situation and matter less frustrations?

P.P.S. In real life, do you even consider those guilty of sexual assault to be EVIL VILLAINS or just flawed albeit guilty humans in need of punishment and discipline but not completely beyond redemption? And what if perpetrators were female who also had looks and whatnot but still crossed that line against male victims etc - and I am not suggesting this or that, and let's not speak ill or one sidedly of feminism etc, just you know, as rational human beings, thanks. :)
