Do you think I actually sexually assaulted this girl?

Once a girl said to me "don't touch me, that's sexual assault".

Context.

I was at a club and it was latin night.

I was dancing with a bunch of people and this girl was in front of me so I moved in and placed my hand on her hip. She lost it.

How is that sexual assault?

reply

Not only that, but you were unconsiderate enough to assume its gender. How dare you, bigot?

reply

WHO SAID IT HAS A GENDER?

reply

No one believes any of your BS though it’s quite likely that you sexually assault yourself several times a day

reply

What's funny is that she said all this in Spanish and I knew what she was saying. Thank you high school Spanish classes.

Her buddies (men) stepped in and were like "back up dude".

reply

🙄

reply

Is this a new troll, or a replicant?

reply

Replicant, and one that is about to make me lose it.

This is nothing to fucking joke about. God. Sorry. Not directed at you.

reply

I haven't been paying attention to this one, since most of his post titles are obviously trolling. I'm just always curious if its a returner, or new fresh troll.

reply

It’s a Multiple returner and running very low on material

YES, YOU TOUCHED HER AGAINST HER PERMISSION

reply

Once I said to a girl in the same club "wow nice dress" and proceeded to run my hand from her back to her tush. Now that was pushing it. She smiled and thanked me for the compliment. She was Brazilian. Different culture. This other chick was Spanish I believe. More frigid.

reply

you just grabbed the tit of a dancing girl?
yes thats assault

reply

Didn't touch anything private, her hip. You ever seen latin dancing?

reply

lol, i read nip.
hip seems okay in that environment
but its her body
never approach from behind

reply

It was probably some sort of sexual assault or battery. A runner was charged with sexual battery for smacking a reporter's butt as she reported on the race. She should have quickly moved away from the race when she realized she was distracting the runners. The reporter would have moved if she had received a KANCHO!

reply

Except if you're on the dance floor, you must expect men to dance with you.

reply

You actually make a few good points here. Unfortunately when you earn a reputation for saying crap most of the time, no one takes you seriously.

reply

It wasn't sexual assault, but hey! She stopped you being a dick! Well done, girl!

FYI you don't touch strangers on the waist or the hip, it's rude and creepy. Just don't.

reply

Sometimes girls like to be touched. It's called making a move.

reply

FYI most girls hate being touched on the waist or hip by strangers, especially if it's a stranger who doesn't have the balls to talk, ask her to dance, or even make eye contact before he cops a feel.

reply

Cop a feel then ask to dance :D

reply

Only if the guy is attractive, or at least seems fun.

If it's a creepy guy who spends his downtime whining on moviechat, whaddya think?

reply

👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

reply

I had made eye contact and she was sort of reciprocating, hence my shock.

And I'm semi attractive.

reply

She didn't think so.

reply

LMAO

reply

Was she actually dancing with you? Or was she just near you, and you grabbed her? I wouldn’t call it sexual assault either way in the context of a club dance floor, but if it’s the latter you have to be better at reading the signs.

reply

It's all in his imagination. This poster is notorious for making up bullshit stories. He claimed to be able to talk to birds, ffs.

reply

The birds told him to sexually assault the woman is angood criminal defense.

reply

Yeah I mean I grabbed a part of the body that you normally get to touch in many dance styles.

reply

I don't know if it's really sexual assault or sexual harassment, but I could see why she wouldn't want a stranger to touch her without her consent. Bottom line, just play it safe and don't touch someone without their permission.
