There are probably too many but one that comes immediately to my mind (because I'm going to rewatch it soon) is The Candy Snatchers (1973). Recommended for fans of Tarantinoesque movies.

The skeleton key (2005)

Its not an obscure film, just not many have heard of it. If you like a creepy mystery then watch this.
