Do you like the "discovered footage" genre?

Normally used within the horror movie genre.

fwiw, i put together a list of my 75 favourite found footage movies today.

i might shift around some of the ranking later, but i'm pretty content with my top 20.

Good list. Area 15 (2015) comes to mind as well.

Isn't it normally called "Found Footage". It depends, some I like and even admire and others not so much. The Blairwitch Project (1999) for instance though I thought was overall rather poor and unsatisfying, its "sequels" even more so. Some others like "The Bay" (2012) I thought were pretty good, love "Cannibal Holocaust" (1980).

My family and friends know I love Horror films. I saw Blair Witch and was bored with it. Still remember a lot of people asking "Why?"
