Do you think an employee can do well in one company but do poorly in another company even though exact same role?
Why is that?

No, poor performance is obvious to the bosses and co-workers eveywhere
You post a lot of questions about work man, are you unemployed?
If so strike NOW, half of the workforce is acting like crybabies and staying home
Stake a claim dude, take what you want now.
Once you get the gig work your ass off!!!
But do you think workplace culture can have a detrimental impact on an employee's performance?
shareFuck that question, make money and fake it until you take the joint over
You can very easily work the work 'culture' and read the patterns... Professional job people are generally not awful so you just learn their birthdays, weaknesses, gossip and support them when they fall down...they all fall down, the trick is you cannot
You run things in a year
I perform better when I get along with coworkers and boss. When there is a toxic culture, I can't effectively do my job and it spills over onto patients/customers.
shareWell I'd probably perform better with two husky Mexican Ladies with big tits and asses but the mortgage needs to be paid
Get a job and work hard buddy๐
Of course. I've worked in places that valued their workers, and provided a structure where employees could thrive.
And I've worked in places where the people in charge had no idea how to manage the people working for them.
Unhappy employees are not as productive as they can be.
not generally, no.
the things that make a person thrive in one place - intelligence, diligence, agreeable attitude - are gonna work in your advantage everywhere you go.
lots of people have preferences, and may like a smaller office over a corporate behemoth, or prefer a non-profit over a business or whatever.
but if you have the qualities that make things work out for you in one place, those things are gonna work for you elsewhere.
Yes
