And my favorite food movie is the Japanese food comedy "Tampopo" (1985), which features a ramen shop. Leaves me craving ramen noodle soup for days, but the very best ramen made with spring water! And sole muneier, and ice cream, and a rice omelette with ketchup, but not sausages made from the intestines of wild boars who've been living on yams. There's a limit.

shareOn an episode of 'Everybody Loves Raymond' Ray and his mother were on a cruise ship. There was a scene he was eating a seemingly infinite supply of raw clams or oysters out of the half shell. Would that I could be in a shellfish cornucopia situation like that. Would not want to be on a cruise ship though...ever.
