Your favorite type of pasta dishes?

Never liked Alfredo. It broke my heart.

There's really no bad pasta. I'll say ravioli.

spinach ravioli, probably.

but it's all good. i'd eat it every meal every day if it wouldn't turn me into a fat sack of crap.

a twitter mutual told me last week that mac and cheese was 'revolting' and i'm still trying to sort out how someone could feel that way.

My favorite is spaghetti with white clam sauce. Runner up would be with Italian sausage.

Crawfish Etouffee over linguine.

Risotto with mushrooms the earthier the better.

linquini w/ clams. but i can roll with most anything.

i prefer lighter leaner pasta and whiter thinner sauces, generally.

but i can roll with most anything, did i mention ?

(the big doughy ones kind of gross me out though)

I'll add that my favorite Asian pasta in the Udon noodle. So tasty! Typically I'll have it in a soup.

I'm not a pasta fan. The only 2 that excite me are Carbonera and linguine with clam sauce.
