...your local news broadcast?

1) Every day
2) Almost every day
3) A couple of times a week
4) Occasionally
5) Never

#2 - I watch nearly every day, but then again, I have to watch the station from the nearest metro area which is 45 miles away - there is no local station where I live. I have to stream it and it gets a bit complicated when there's a sports event, such as football, that delays the broadcast.

I stopped watching news a few years ago. If there is something I need to know I just figured someone online would be posting about it. It's worked so far.

Never. Or almost never watch any news on TV, and I don't give a rip about sports.

Nearly every day, but I DVR it. Then I fast forward through it. I read the captions on the bottom of the screen as I do, stopping only on things I'm interested in. I get through an hour broadcast in about 15 minutes.

basically never.
i occasionally used to listen to the local talk radio station to try to keep in the loop on stuff, but i just don't find there's much value for me in trying to keep up on such things. i listen to podcasts pretty much exclusively, which lets me curate what i hear and not leave to to the whims of whatever the guys on the radio want to talk about.
