shareI’ll bet. It’s not always vicious misogyny. Sometimes it’s the old fashioned double standard that always benefits men and reduces and objectifies the women. We’re just sick of it, you know?
Not all men do it of course and where it’s not tolerated they either behave or take off.
Facebook groups are respectful but there’s nothing like this format. Sitcoms Online is also a more civilised place but not many people use it anymore.
The anonymous internet seems to invite people to indulge in their worst impulses.

I actually find it very depressing how awful people can be when leveling their sites at a target. They can't all be emotionally stunted junior high kids, can they?
Feels more like a concerted effort to disrupt the social fabric, in concert with defunding public education and questioning the role of universities in our public lives.
In some people's thinking, being educated = brainwashed. Blind patriotism and explaining away systemic racism = good.

I’ve been remembering Fred Rogers quote about what his mother told him: “ When I was a boy and I would see scary things in the news, my mother would say to me, “Look for the helpers. You will always find people who are helping.”
He was a good man who devoted his professional life to educating and entertaining children. He was often made fun of in horrible and obscene ways, but he found solace in the wisdom of his mother.
I agree about disrupting the social fabric via lack of education and institutionalised racism.
Now add the most terrifying element of removing gender from the social concept under penalty of law. Are you aware of all of this- The bathroom bills that allow men who simply up and decide that they are women, to enter our once private and safe lady spaces? Our bathrooms, our locker rooms, our dormitories, our rape crisis centres, the prison system...
Fully biological men who up and decide that they are women are stealing women’s sports achievements, getting cash prizes, scholarships and denying women who they far overpower simply because the public is now brainwashed to believe that anyone can declare their gender despite of their biological sex.
And this is just the start of the Orwellian nightmare. If they can get the public to go along with saying that men with penises are women, what’s next?
Now, when you say "Anti Women" you just mean it's not filled with men who kiss their boots, right?
