Trying to remember this 80’s/90’s actress.

I thought Meg Foster was her at first so she kind of looks like her but is blonde.

I can’t even remember what she was in but it’s lots of stuff.

It’s kind of driving me crazy. She’s very pretty, and doesn’t smile a lot. She had leading lady looks but I don’t think she ever got super famous.

I think she did mostly movies playing girlfriend roles.

This is Meg Foster who she looks like but she’s blonde, her eyes aren’t as light.

Kay Lenz.Blonde and has squinty eyes.She was never really famous but was popular in genre films in the 80s and 90s.

Is she younger than Meg Foster? What genre of movies would she typically be in?

No, not Joan Allen.

She’s kind of icy. Like I think she played characters who ended up being the bad guy/lady.
The stuff I’m thinking if I’m getting it right, is mainstream movies that were big hits but she was never the star.
She’s younger than Meg Foster. I’m watching the first season of Cagney and Lacey, and in some spots I almost think it’s her but then at other angles they almost look nothing alike.
She’s like Brat Pack age but she was never that big, not a household name type. I don’t think I ever even knew her name but she’s been in tons of stuff.

Lois Nettleton is too old.
Lea Thompson is too famous.
Lori Singer is too pretty to be a sidekick, but her eyes are similar to Foster's.

See funny thing. This woman, imo was just as pretty as all of the leading ladies but wasn’t one.
Nettleton WAY too old.

I guess until you can cite a scene or scenario from a scene more people can data mine it. So far, your remembrance of a blonde looking Meg Foster just doesn't give people enough clues. What makes it stranger is that you're saying she's of the Brat Pack age range. One could look over all of the teen and young adult movies and TV shows of the 80s and 90s and still not figure it out.
