I don't like the goonies. I never felt comfortable with the bad language and the weird 'speaking in spanish' about sex toys. Not something I want in a kids movie.
Labyrinth isn't a kids movie either. It's a fantasy movie that has a teenager but I wouldn't say that automatically makes it for kids.
The Never Ending Story is a kids movie and one that I didn't really understand until I was an adult. It's a complex story and one that probably went over the heads of most kids. But hey, he rides on a dog so its fun.
