I opened it before realizing I bought the wrong one. There was about a inch of oil on the top and you have to stir it. The taste and texture is terrible. My wife hated it also. I threw it in the green bin.

I recently switched to a "natural" peanut butter. Yes, having to stir it is a pain, but I actually like the taste better. I switched to avoid the sugar that's added to peanut butter these days.
shareI won't go near the type with oil on top because it looks disgusting. I go to a store where there's a machine with fresh peanuts that turns them into peanut butter after a button is pushed. There's no oil and it tastes fine to me.

shareMaybe a health food store? There's a health food store with the machine. I used to go to another health food store and supermarket which would make the peanut butter themselves and sell it. You can also make it with a home food processor, but it's going to be more expensive since you have to buy the peanuts.
