Worst special effects in a theatrical release?

Cant think of anything worse than the CGI from Spawn. It quite literally looks ripped from a PS1 video game.

Some other bad ones:
I Am Legend
Jeepers Creepers 3
Escape From LA

This is on my watchlist... I actually think there's something kind of aesthetic about this though!

This movie is actually depressing.
