Although, I would make a claim that Book of Shadows is no where near as bad as it's reviews. Especially watching it after seeing the special features and learning more what the director wanted to do with it until the studio interfered. I would love to one day see a directors cut of it.

Session 9 (2001)
Let the Right One In (2008)

Picking a top 5 before 2000 would be a hard thing to do. :)
