That "Bullshit Galactica" show that came out in the mid-2000s. Other terrible shows might include:

Oh man, I know it's terrible, but I love Judge Judy! It's only on during the day so I barely ever get to watch it, but when I do, I just get sucked in, love it lol

Big Bang Theory. Fans of that show should be shot in the face.

As an adult:

Teen Titans Go - No thrills or surprises, only the most revolting slapstick humor short this side of a toilet without being able to laugh at itself, even though its not meant to be taken seriously.

Redeeming feature:

It is great at exposing the young to cooler and darker comic characters on the other hand.
