I've never had to kick in a door. Never had to shoot a lock off, either. I've never seen anyone do either one. Thank goodness.

It's true, every time I've had a nightmare, I'm still lying down, and hardly make a sound when waking up. But I will tell you I've had the heart-pounding, wide-eyed look before calming down a second later.
