I had a workplace injury, an elevator shut on my shoulder, requiring surgery. Still not 100%, never will be.
I signed a $90,000 settlement which meant the insurer who paid for the surgery got reimbursed, my lawyers outlays and fees also.

Not if they malfunction they don't. It felt like I was charged by a RINO.

One night during my shift, I became acutely aware of a traumatic industrial accident that had occurred. A worker had gotten his hand trapped in an auger which was used to grind nuts. I learned it took plant maintenance personnel and EMTs 45 minutes to extract his mangled arm from the machine. Months later, I heard through the grapevine that he had received a settlement so hefty it basically assured that he would never have to work again. He was only 20 years old.

True. Considering the resiliency of human nature and his age, no telling what became of him. For example, ponder those that are born without arms and learn to write & paint with their feet.
