Just recently re acquainted myself with that hoppy temptress...like Campbell's soup...mmm mmm good! Sam Adams been my brew of choice since '92...how bout you?
I don't like the taste of beer. I've only had draft beer once though and it was less gross than other beers. I think it was Sam Adams too, can't remember. Maybe it was Blue something.
I've been jonesin' for a cocktail though. I want some whiskey or rum. Keep meaning to make the trip but lazy :p
Don't get too hot mowin! I used to mow shirtless and dump water on my head if I felt myself getting too hot. Do you have a big yard?
Oh I just got shit faced and decided to write some stuff down...not my best moment...probably not my worst😉 still got a message from mod5...,guess I didn't get banned again...all 👍!
It happens to the best of us! I'm sure my moment is coming. I think its healthy to get a little buzz and rant a bit, gets all that junk out of your head and you feel better. At least I do.
So you add the vodka or snapple does? I'm so intrigued.
Tame? Can I pet one? I promise not to piss one off. Unless he doesn't want to be touched. Then I will try to run very fast.
Moosehead is the shit! Awesome lager!!! Used to drink a Canadian brand called lucky lager...shi t beer...good times!!! Sour cherry sounds good...with vodka...better!
If I drink I drink sparkling wine 99% of the time.
Just occasionally I drink a bottle of Hobgoblin which is a bitter beer which is dark and hoppy and very tasty.
I used to be big into craft beer, now I find myself drinking mostly Macro Lagers. I sometimes fill my growler down at the local brewery with a nice Amber Lager called Fishermans Brew. Its a very well balanced beer. They make a good Pilsner too.
Sam Adams is no doubt a great beer, but I boycotted Boston Brewing Company after they donated $25,000 to a group opposing Marijuana Legalization. That really pissed off a lot of people here in Massachusetts.
Fool. They only donated the money because they are afraid it will cut into their profits like in other legal states. Potheads? No. It pissed off responsible adults who don't want to be criminalized for using a substance that is way safer than alcohol. Also, with a regulated market, it means less drugs dealers, so kids will have less access to it.
88,000 deaths a year from alcohol related health issues. How many died from Marijuana. Zero.
Both tobacco and cannabis (marijuana) smoke contain the same cancer-causing compounds (carcinogens).
yes, 88,000 deaths a year from alcohol, however more than 480,000 deaths are caused by smoking, cigarette smoking is much more than pot smoking but now that most states are legalizing it, it'll catch up in the future.
I did not appreciate the "try again" remark, and anyone that states "How many died from Marijuana. Zero." has to be from another planet.
No it will not catch up in the future. Find me ONE instance where someone has died from Marijuana due to health reasons, such as lung cancer or COPD, etc.
you can cherry pick whatever you want on google, some say yes, some say no on just about everything in the world, you posted 2 links that say yes, I can post you 1000 links that say no, here's one...
"Cannabis is well-established as a treatment for the side effects of cancer and chemotherapy, like nausea, vomiting, pain, anxiety, insomnia, and lack of appetite. But in a comprehensive review of the cannabis literature, researchers from the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine found there to be insufficient evidence to say that cannabis can treat cancer directly. Without large-scale, placebo controlled clinical trials, doctors and researchers don’t have the solid evidence they’d need to recommend cannabis for cancer treatment."
insurance companies have stated that accidents and deaths due to accidents have risen in states that have legalized pot
Cherry pick? That was a 20 year study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association. If you have a scientific study from a legitimate source, please go ahead and post.
I'll agree with one thing, it hasn't been studied enough, due to it being unfairly listed as a schedule I drug, along with heroin. It should be rescheduled anytime now due to changing attitudes on the plant.
Here's a fun fact, The DEA was forced to remove marijuana misinformation from their website after months of public and legal pressure. This is a big deal and is hardly a cherry picked article.
All and all, Recreational Marijuana has largely been a success in States that legalized and it and now that people see the sky isn't falling, more and more states will follow suit.
If you have a scientific study from a legitimate source, please go ahead and post.
you mean like the one I just posted from the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine?
I'm not denying what you said about MJ and Cancer research. You said 480,000 deaths are attributed to cigarette smoking and that with States legalizing it, marijuana deaths will catch up to that figure. That's where I called bullshit.
I asked you to find me ONE instance where someone had died from consumption of cannabis due to health issues, and you failed to provide it. Surely, if there's any "catching up" to be had, there must be at least a few examples of someone dying from its consumption?
Face it, marijuana does not cause cancer, COPD and other diseases associated with tobacco smoke. The reasons for this are not exactly know, since more research is needed, however, many researchers believe it is due to the THC compound in the plant. THC and CBD are the big two when it comes to treating diseases.
you looked up the name? lol, what an idiot, there's no such person, just joshing you (too easy) comes from all that pot you smoke, like I said ... light up, and if you're driving (god forbid) stay on the correct side of the road, and watch for those extraterrestrials
The only idiot here is you, making baseless claims without being able to back them up with facts. Did you eat paint chips as a kid, or were you jut born stupid?
It's now clear your a complete moron who has fallen for all of the ridiculous marijuana stereotypes. Harry Anslinger would be proud! I suggest you try a little independent thinking and to educate yourself on the matter, so you don't come across as a total asshat in the future.
It's ... now clear YOU'RE a complete moron...
Not "It's now clear YOUR a complete moron..."
also, you need to proofread ... " or were you jut born stupid?
Just trying to help.
I tried to explain that there are thousands of links from many sources that will contradict others time and time again, thus, you can cherry pick whatever backs up your argument, you disagree with that, you are either 8 years old or too stupid to understand that, so in the future please don't respond to me because I don't like discussing anything with a cretinous creatures.
Thousands of links and thousands of sources, yet you can't provide one example of someone who has died from marijuana intoxication?? Either back up your bullshit or admit your wrong. Being stubborn isn't a good attribute.

The likelihood of dying from marijuana alone is extremely remote, although marijuana use can lead to death because of the activities people engage in when high.
What the research says:
•A study conducted in California involving 65,177 men and women aged 15-49 found after 10 years, marijuana users died no sooner than those who did not smoke it.1
•Another study looked at 45,450 Swedish army conscripts aged 18-20 and found after 15 years, both users and nonusers had a similar life expectancy.1
•According to a 1988 ruling from the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration, a marijuana smoker would have to consume 20,000 to 40,000 times the amount of THC in a joint in order to risk dying.2
•A 2009 study in American Scientist on the relative toxicity of recreational drugs indicated one would have to use more than 1,000 times the effective dose of marijuana in order for it to be potentially fatal – not even a certain death.2
How Does Marijuana Impact Health?
Marijuana may not be deadly like other drugs, but it can impact physical and mental health. Health consequences of marijuana abuse include:
•Chronic cough and frequent respiratory infections.
•Mental and cognitive issues, including problems with learning and memory, hallucinations, anxiety, panic attacks and psychosis, esp LIGHT UP
•On June 23,16 people in Houston’s Hermann Park overdosed on K2 and were hospitalized.9
•On July 12, 33 people on a single block in Brooklyn, New York, were suspected of overdosing on K2.10
•A few weeks after the Brooklyn episode, 20 people in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, were treated for kush
overdoses in a two-day period.11 Kush is unlike heroin, where people overdose and generally die quickly.
•People on kush wander into traffic, have seizures or strokes not easily traced back to the drug or are left paralyzed and fighting for their lives.
•Emily Bauer, a teenage girl in suburban Houston, suffered five strokes related to her 2013 overdose. Doctors said 70% of her brain tissue was dead and she would never recover. However, as of 2016, she was slowly regaining some functioning.12
•One of the newest banned synthetic pot substances, MDMB-CHMICA is thought to be responsible for 42 overdoses and 29 deaths in Europe.13
