Deformities

Do any of you have a body deformity of some sort?

I have what is known as claw toe. Both of my middle toes are severely curled over. A common misconception is that it's caused by wearing ill fitting shoes. I've always worn sensible, comfortable shoes. No ridiculous stilettos.

A podiatrist told me that it's genetic and was always going to happen. The only cure would be surgery but I don't have the money or time for that. I guess I'll just live with my ugly toes. I do get a bit self conscious about them on occasion and rarely wear open toed shoes but it's no big deal.

Yep, I'm vertically challenged. πŸ˜‰

Im sorry to hear that but you seem to be dealing maturely with the matter
Good on ya mate! (That was my australian...apologies)

I was born with a huge IQ
My IQ is so large that ladies tend to not take me seriously after we IQ test a few times...im more than an enormous IQ though...im a person with feelings and hopes

If you're trying to lose intelligence, you've come to the right place.

My own problem is . . . gee, this is kind of embarrassing, but, okay--my manhood is too large. Those posters who call me a dick don't know the half of it. I scare some women, and that makes me sad. I also miss out on certain pleasures. One girlfriend told me that she couldn't open her mouth that far. Police officers often suspect me of being strapped; which I am, but not in the way they think. I feel better, now that I've finally said it.

And yet you find the strength to carry on...

Stay strong ridiculously endowed friend
Better days man...theyll stop judging us for our brains and other stuff soon!

I have a beckers nevus on my back. I used to be self conscious when I was a kid, but couldn't care less anymore. I guess I'm grateful its on my back and not face.

reply

I'd never heard of that, had to Google it. Very rare apparently.

reply

I have a port wine stain on my neck and chin. I was conscious of it when I was younger. Glad it wasn't on my face.

reply

"Both of my middle toes are severely curled over."

My mother has this same thing. She's 74.It's never seemed to bother her.

reply

Yeah as I said it's no big deal when you look at the big picture. When it's your body though you get to look at it in all it's glorious detail every day. This sort of distorts your image of it I guess.

reply

I, a lot like yonkerS guy, have a curse that is my cross to bear.
With me it's my boyish good looks.
It has been a blessing and a curse.

It's lasted me well into my 80's.

Other than than I got nothing.
Sorry.

reply

With mental strength and resolve I'm you'll get through.

reply

I thank you for your kind words.
I will continue to do my best.

BTW, You're toes aren't ugly.
They are all yours and wear them proudly.

When I was a kid, I had freckles, a gap between my two front teeth and a cowlick that couldn't be tamed, no matter how much Brylcreem I applied to it. I considered them all as a curse to my physical appearance until I discovered Alfalfa on The Little Rascals who became my beacon of hope ! 😁

reply

I like freckles on people

I have block thumbs. A consequence is that I'm able to roll perfect joints that look like they came out of a machine. I've joked that I have a joint rolling mutation, and have considered offering my services to Willie Nelson or Snoop Dogg. I don't even smoke anymore, but am occasionally still asked to do the honors for those few acquaintances who are in the know, which I happily oblige.

reply

I'm not sure what that is but you're welcome to come over anytime and roll me a scoob.

reply

My thumbnails are extremely short and wide, and the pads of my thumbs are very wide with a lot of surface area. When both of my kids were born, one of the first things I looked at were their thumbs to see if either one had inherited the trait, but no (not because I was hoping they could roll straight joints).
