What is your idea of the perfect pizza, and the perfect pizza dinner?

Mine is a thin-crust, crispy whole-wheat pie with red sauce made with fresh, organic Roma tomatoes, topped with mozzarella, romano and parmesan cheese, plus sweet Italian sausage, Portuguese linguese sausage, mushrooms, roast red peppers, red onions and green peppers. Complete the meal with very cold Lambrusco wine and Coca-Cola on ice, a large Cesar salad with anchovie filets (or else it's not a Cesar salad), and finish with very cold Dutch chocolate ice cream with hot fudge sauce and fresh strawberries. Also, Veuve Cliquot Grande Dame champaign. Then sex.

Your turn. White pizza? Chicago pizza? Pan pizza (not as deep as deep-dish/Chicago)? (God help us) Brazilian pizza? Domino's? Pappa John's? Pizzario Uno? Little Cesar's ? Microwave?

Meat Lover's: Pepperoni, Sausage, Ham (Canadian Bacon), Beef, and all other kinds of meat.

My favorite pizza is a hand tossed pepperoni and banana peppers pizza from Domino's. Delicious!

Load it up! When I was younger during my cook days, I worked at a few places that had pizza ovens so I got used to making them. One summer I worked at a German themed restaurant (I know, why are you making pizzas here) which we had a pizza oven so we made them as well and, due to the location, pizza was quite popular later in the evening. Shortly after I started this job, the head chef was fired due to not showing up to work because he spent the day with his daughter during Father's Day. Long story short, the owner didn't like him and was looking for a reason to fire him, but he was a great cook. I took over chef duties since really the other guy only had a year experience - I am certainly not a chef, but have many years cooking. Anyway, I was working 14 hour shifts, would get there at 10am and close at 12am, but every other night while cleaning/closing I would make myself a great pizza.

Homemade sauce, pepperoni, mild peppers, mushrooms, green olives, andouille sausage, bacon, green pepper, onion, and feta cheese.

By all means with cheese ( Cheddar, Mozarella, Gouda), sometimes pizza with pineapple sometimes the so called Boston pizza ( with spinach).
To drink Cola or red wine

Pepperoni, ham, pineapple, sausage, and extra cheese.
