I had the flu shot today and my arm is killing me - I hate needles but every year I go through this.

I never do the flu shot but the two Pfizer Covid shots beat me up real bad
I barely got to work after the first shot but the second one put me to bed for a couple days, I couldn't operate at all
Rest up, drink plenty of water and read a book
