shareI stop watching universe after 2 episodes,in my opinion IT had an interesting story,but it was lame ,whitout sense ,maybe If they worked better on the filming IT would've been good as sg1 and antlantis,instead making universe,the could've made another 2 seasons of antlantis,IT was way better then universe.

I loved my Penny Dreadful, although I was quite sick of Vanessa Ives by the end of it lol! My favourite character was Caliban/John Clare.
I think the series deserved a better final season....it should have continued for another season or two, because in the end, nothing came out of the Dr Jeckyll character, for example. What was the point to introduce him? Although the creator said he is the one who only wanted 3 seasons, I don't believe him. I believe he had hoped for another season, but the network did not give the go ahead, so he hastily wrapped it up. You can just tell.
Yes. Plotholes and old interviews showed that at least 4 seasons were planned.
Theres even a petition (16000 signatures to date) to make it (imdb boards were furious when it ended last year ....also an historical imdb moment :) )

It's not going to happen, that's why they killed Vanessa in the end imo. Though you never know, they could do a spin off show with some of the characters sometime in the future.

2. Selfie. 1 season was too short!! They should have gave us a full season/a few extra episodes or a second season to properly finish it. How could they let us hang there with the 2 leads :(
