I just download TikTok app and You Can't!

Google play store removed it for Americans a few hours before midnight Eastern. Now I can post Trump AI porn and you can't watch it!

Sooo you are also a non-American shill? Why am I not surprised.

Only toxic women use ChikTok, so this ban affects men in zero ways.

reply

This doesn't affect adults in any way..

Oh no, whatever will the lunatics do?!?!?!?

reply

You don’t need the Google Play Store; you can still download it from alternative sources.

Good news! I mainly want it gone due its use as a propaganda tool BUT I'm also sick of these girls and women doing their stupid dances. I'm solely on youtube but I've seen a few cross-platform posts of tiktok dances.

I agree with Tom Cotton's view of Tiktok. I wonder if Cotton softens his stance this is not aligned with Donald Trump's view. Trump's billionaire buddy is a 15% owner of Tiktok parent company Bytedance.

This is why the American political system needs some amending.

Can't believe in the UK the election was called, the campaigning and all the debating done, then the new PM installed in a shorter time frame than the US election results to inauguration period! Incredible stuff...

reply

Yup, Trump paused the ban.

TikTok restores service in US after Trump pledge https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/cjde3p0rnjgo

Trump, who had previously backed a ban of the platform, promised on Sunday to delay implementation of the law and allow more time for a deal to be made. TikTok then said that it was in the process of "restoring service".

Soon after, the app started working again and a popup message to its millions of users thanked Trump by name. In a statement, the company thanked the incoming president for "providing the necessary clarity and assurance" and said it would work with Trump "on a long-term solution that keeps TikTok in the United States".
