I'm not expecting anything quite that dramatic. I didn't watch the first debate live because I expected that, as in the past, they would have Joe's drugs calibrated correctly and that he would remain lucid for just long enough to get through the debate. That his dementia would be so obvious didn't seem possible to me.
And I don't expect lightning to strike twice. Kamala, with the help of the moderators and receiving the questions ahead of time, will probably skate by. That she's a low IQ diversity hire, who fucked her way to whatever success she's enjoyed, will probably be adequately covered up. Who knows, she may go off on one of word salads, topped off by a wholly inappropriate cackling jag, but I don't think we'll see the knockout punch that that we saw in June.
