shareThe most damning evidence I thought they had was the the suitcase coming in to be counted after everyone left but I guess it was due to a water main leak and investigators say it's a normal ballot process. "Summarily" may have been the wrong legal term. I believe they were dismissed for various reasons--lack of evidence being the most common. I'm not going to respond anymore until you yourself, being the plaintiff, show me the evidence that makes you so certain the voting was "rigged."
