See, this is the problem — they have zero interest in moving on from DEI; they just want to keep their DEI agenda hidden away from public view and avoid it becoming a "stupid political issue". But that isn’t remotely good enough. Those who back DEI and push this ideology need to be purged entirely and blacklisted so they can’t just leap into another company and wreak havoc. These ideologues need to be purged from every company, organization, and institution, across all sectors, and cast out to shadows to live like the rats they are.

It’s not just fading — there’s an all-out war on it now. I've been advocating for this for years now. I predicted this a long time ago: that one day, the fascists would rise, and we would purge everyone associated with this ideology from every facet of society. Well, we don’t have full-blown fascism yet, but we’ve got a very mild version of it, and look at what’s already happening: a complete and total purge of the government, with intense pressure on the private sector to do the same and rid itself of anyone tied to DEI. Now, just imagine what we could achieve if real fascists were in power — people like me. Wokeism would be eradicated completely.
