The BOGUS criminal cases against Pres. Trump, one at a time

A quick review of the cases against Pres. Trump.
CASE 1: The New York criminal trial:
A trial based on an indictment that has no chargeable crime.
The Manhattan D.A. ran on a campaign to "get Trump".
Federal prosecutors reviewed the case and declined to prosecute.
The D.A, prior to D.A. Bragg being elected reviewed the case and declined to prosecute.
Bragg himself, upon winning election, reviewed the case and declined to prosecute. He changed his mind when it became clear that Donald Trump was running for president.
There are about 120 judges in the Manhattan court system who could preside over this case. But Judge Merchan refused to recuse himself despite the fact that his daughter makes her living raising money for Democrat candidates, including Rep. Adam Schiff. When Schiff was Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee he almost daily ran to the micrphones claiming to have evidence tying Trump to Russia. That was not true. Schiff is now running for Senate and Judge Merchan's daughter is helping him.
The standard for legal confilct of interest is very low; it's not the actual conflict, it is just the APPEARANCE of a conflict that demands a judge to recuse himself. A Trump conviction could have a huge impact on the judge's daughter's income since she raises money for Trump's political opponents. Merchan is legally obligated to pass this trial to another judge, but he won't do it.

CASE 2: Georgia.
Below is a video of the Foreperson of the Georgia Grand Jury, Emily Korhs. You can't possibly take that woman serisously. The prosecutors threw an ice-cream party for the people sitting on the Grand Jury, and at one point Kohrs bragged that she swore in former GA House Speaker David Ralston while she was holding a Ninja Turtle popsicle she had just received from the D.A.'s office.
Fulton County D.A. Fanni Willis hired her lover at county expense and gave him a VERY handsome fee, far more than what her Assistant D.A.s get. She then lied under oath on the witness stand about her relationship with Special Counsel Nathan Wade. But no Grand jury is investigating her for perjury.

CASE 3: Florida
Jack Smith was chosen by Joe Biden's Attorney General to prosecute Pres. Trump for allegedly mishandling classified documents. Was Jack Smith really the right one to hire? A.G. Garland said, "Mr. Smith is a veretan career prosecutor. He has assembled a group of experienced and talented prosecutors and agents who share his commitment to integrity and the rule of law."
Integrity and the rule of law? Back in 2014 Smith prosecuted former VA governer Robert McDonnell (R) for corruption and got a conviction. That conviction was reversed by the Supreme Court UNANIMOUSLY. But it did not get reversed until Gov. McDonnell's life was completely ruined; his marriage was destroyed, his career was over, and his legal bills were over $27 million.
Smith has indicted Pres. Trump for having classified documents after leaving office. Democrat Pres. Bill Clinton hid classified documents in a sock drawer. Democrat Sec. of State Hillary Clinton had classified documents on an insecure server in her basement. Mike Pence had them in his home in Indiana. In fact, National Archives and Records Administration officials have admitted that EVERY POTUS since Ronald Reagan has mishandled classified documents. Joe Biden had classified documents in multiple places; an office building in downtown Washington, DC, his home in Delaware, in his garage in open boxes next to his Corvette. That includes documents from when he was in the Senate. No classified documents should be in Senator's possession outside of the secure room in the Capitol Building.

Using the justice system to attack and destroy your political opponents is WRONG.
