DEI and Air Travel

Is anyone else starting to get ick'ed out about flying?

The continuing of lowering thresholds for passing grades is starting to show itself in the airline industry. The latest being the Door Port flying off the plane of that budget company. How did that happen? Someone forgot to bolt the damn thing shut.

That is goddamned terrifying.

I have a feeling in the near future, negligence is going to become the leading killer of a lot of different things.

I hope not, I fly internationally twice a year and appreciate qualified pilots and airline staff...

We're already suffering DEI desperation over here in CA when it comes to doctors. A lot of the good doctors fled the state, leaving behind the mediocre diversity hires, and a lot of them aren't as good as they pretend. I've seen evidence that such doctors probably only passed their exams at medical school because they weren't white and only scored in the mid-range, because some have shown stupidity or inconsistency in their medical treatments (and totally get away with it), have a history of being rude to their patients, or even abandoning their patients at the drop of a hat, claiming to have changed their plans.

And don't get me started on surgeons. We're now getting people who are doing invasive treatments on patients, and screwing up on a regular basis, all due to diversity hires who didn't do so great in medical school, but were given a free pass because their schools didn't want to be accused of "racism."

And guess who suffers as a result? The patients, always the patients. The worst part is, the patients aren't even aware they've been tricked into being given crappy quality care until it's too late.

I don't want to think of how many plane crashes we're gonna get as a result of DEI hiring.

The negligence in the medical field due to DEI became highlighted during the pandemic...how many people were murdered via Remdesivir and Ventilators?

And a big reason why they can pass the lower grades is because 90% of flying a commercial jet is done by the on-board computers and ATC. Pilots have almost no interaction with the actual planes.

So you can potentially create a scenario, where you setup ATC and the Pilot pool with diversity hires that will have no idea what to do if multiple systems go down. What if there's like a huge cyber attack and all ATC systems go down, and now all of a sudden you have hundreds of planes in the air with a crew that have no idea how to fly them manually?

Yikes.

reply

Are all the airlines doing that, or just Southwest?

reply

Remdesivir and ventilators were policy from the top, not negligence. I hope Nuremberg 2.0 happens in my lifetime.

reply

Can policies be considered negligent or just downright evil?

reply

Not a doctor or lawyer (sorry mom), but my guess is that policy was set by Fauchi, his buddies at Gilead, abetted by the WHO and their superiors, who likely earned their positions the old-fashioned way: nepotism and corruption, i.e. pre-DEI.

tl;dr: pure evil, along the lines of the Tuskegee experiments. Thalidomide might have been a bit more on the negligent side, but certainly breaking the testing rules of medical ethics.

You either have a meritocracy or you don't. You can get away with DEI hiring in large corporations at least for a while. Nuclear reactor management, brain surgery, and flying jumbo jets- not so much..

reply

United Airlines is openly proud to be hiring people with mental instabilities...this is getting absurd.

reply

This is the second time hearing about something coming off an airplane.
The first one was about the window that blew out mid-flight and the pilot had to make an emergency landing.

reply

It is terrifying when safety and experience are vital the passengers lives are in the hands of these employees. If you are a woman bragging on tiktok about a taking a job away from a qualified and experienced man just because you think you're entitled to it I'm not flying on your plane. PERIOD.

Welcome to Woke Airlines where DEI meets common core in the booking department.

Its every facet of life to college professors, police chiefs, mayors, district attorneys, reporters.

Rob is right, this DEI shit is getting scary....not in a perceived scary way, but a literal sacry way.

reply

This is why hiring should be based on qualifications and merit. Rather than diversity.

I fly Delta Airlines once or twice a year from Los Angeles to Salt Lake City and back again. I have had no problems whatsoever. Once when I flew the female co-pilot was wearing a hijab. Did it matter? No, absolute not. It must be uncomfortable for you to be so frightened of everything.

Anecdotal evidence from the one that peddles the Book of Yahoo.

Can't make this up.

This is the problem with racism. At this point it makes no difference if people of negro were at fault, they’re going to get the blame.

Thanks Democrat rectum.
