62% of US voters agree, Putin would not have invaded if Trump was still POTUS (including 4/10 of Democrats!)

"A recent Harvard Center for American Political Studies-Harris Poll survey revealed that 62 percent of those American voters polled felt that Putin would not be launching an offense against Ukraine if Trump, rather than incumbent President Joe Biden, was still in office. Broken down, 39 percent of Democrats and 85 percent of Republicans believe that Trump would have made Putin think twice about launching the war.

Meanwhile, 59 percent of voters said it was Biden's perceived weakness that had prompted Putin to launch the bold attack in the first place."

Wrong. Trump most likely would've assisted Russia with its invasion. We all know how Trump only got into power because of Russia's meddling. Trump was a puppet.

The fact that Trump is still walking around as a free man only shows how corrupt America is. The man should be in jail!

reply

how come Putin didnt meddle in 2020?

I guess China out meddled Putin to get dementia Joe elected. Hunter and Joe should be in jail!

reply

Why didn’t he assist in 2018. Would’ve been much better while he was president.

How come TheDon.win chose to assist Putin with his invasions while Obama was president and again while Biden was president?

Looking forward to your answer.

You have relegated yourself to being forever known as a fringe kook, brainwashed, useful idiot, pawn.

"We all know how Trump only got into power because of Russia's meddling."

Prove it.

reply

All of those far left conspiracy theories have long since been proven to be lies. Did your cult not give you the memo or anything? Biden is clearly Putin’s puppet as he actively paid him with our tax dollars to invade Ukraine.

reply

There wouldn't be inflation
There wouldn't be high gas prices
The border would be more secure.

Democrats just have no idea what they are doing. Their policies are idiotic.

reply

Please explain how Biden is to blame for worldwide inflation...

reply

Cargo backups, too much lending, too much printing , abandoning oil, increasing the minimum wage

reply

Reading comprehension not your strong suit, huh?

reply

he is a parrot. all he does is repeat, read his script no matter what.

if you asked "what temperature does water boil at" his answer would still be "widens inflationary policy!! illegal immigration!"

his brain has deteriorated

reply

Oh I do believe Biden and the Democrats are resposible in some sense. Not saying they're 100% to blame, but I feel they definitely contributed to it.

reply

How. Russia has a long history of "bullying its neighbours". Putin is getting long in the tooth, hasn't done anything in a few years and always looking to push his luck and do something to "improve Russian prestige".

Putins an individual with his own agency

reply

I mean you COULD be right. But I don't think he has much part it worldwide inflation as far as I'm aware.

reply

"Please explain how Biden is to blame for worldwide inflation..."

We learned in 2020 that the U.S. President can be blamed for the U.S. version of worldwide problems, including a global pandemic.

Why is this different?

reply

Nobody blamed Dumpy for the worldwide spread of Covid. We criticized his handling of it here in the US while other countries had less deaths per capita.

reply

"Nobody blamed Dumpy for the worldwide spread of Covid."

No shit, Sherlock. I didn't claim you did.

Try to keep up.

reply

[deleted]

Why would you even compare the two? Blaming the president for national problems is the norm.

Blaming Biden for what Putin is doing is mental illness.

reply

Says one of the most mentally ill, leftist morons here.

reply

"while other countries had less deaths per capita."

Perfect example of how you dishonest POS's lie about everything.

You don't mention there were other countries that had less deaths per capita. Or the fact that the U.S. counted Covid deaths based on the person having Covid at the time of death, not because they actually died from Covid.

And there's also the fact that more Americans have died from Covid under Biden than under Trump. But somehow he's not being criticized by you idiots.

But back to my original point, if Trump can be criticized for a pandemic in the U.S. while the pandemic was happening all over the world, then why can't Biden be criticized for U.S. inflation while inflation is happening all of the world?

Oh, I know why. Because it's (D)ifferent.

reply

Because orange man bad. Go get 'em, Brandon!

reply

There's inflation world-wide and was before PUTIN decided to invade Ukraine.

reply

What’s sad is I think they know exactly what they are doing. Their goal is to destroy America, make us all poor so they get more power. It’s very sick and twisted.

reply

Sure, lets go with your party's plan where all the rich people get all the money and we live like serfs.

reply

The rights plan is to help everyone get rich and lift people out of poverty, just you’re going to have to put the work in and make responsible decisions. The left’s plan is to make everyone poor. I guess it’s a lot easier to tear other people down rather than lift people up.

reply

And 38% lied.

Gas would also still be $2.78 not $4.78.

reply

Yes, I think the Democrat number is higher than 39% as well. Many more of those Democrats believed that Putin would not have invaded if Pres. Trump was still in office, but they just couldn't admit it to the pollsters. So, they lied.

reply

It’s interesting. During Reagan the Democrat media/party had the same accusations (playbook) of Reagan that they did for Trump.

“He wants WW3”
“He’s going to start WW3”

And during Reagan’s tutelage as president of course there was never WW3. In fact he commanded respect around the world and people respected and feared the US. Just like Trump.

And now it’s back to having children in charge that the world laughs at and steamrolls.

reply

You're right. Putin would have just officially recognized the Donbass and sent in Russian peacekeepers, with Trump's glowing admiration - and then waited a few more years to take some more. The GOP is going to try to outflank Biden by going ever more hawkish. I don't know how Trump fits into that because he's basically been saying how bad NATO is, how smart Putin was, and how dumb our leaders and intelligence services were. Since the intelligence services got it very right this time and Biden is being at least half-way hawkish, where does that leave Trump in 2024? It is not his wont to admit his predecessor could possibly have had the correct policy (albeit weakly implemented) just needing his manliness to make it work. That isn't Trump's style. Everything he comes up with is brilliant and everyone else is an idiot. Has this not been Trump's style up til now?

reply

I disagree with that assessment. What card exactly did Trump have which would have prevented Putin from invading Ukraine? He always bragged about being a President who never started a war and I really don't see him starting one with Russia - a nuclear power - over a non-NATO country. Russia invading Ukraine has been in the works for a while and was sadly inevitable.

reply

They respected Trump. They think Biden is a moron. Big difference.

reply

Perhaps, but they still know he wouldn't do anything we're not doing now, so I don't see why they wouldn't have still invaded out of "respect."

reply

The World doesn't respect Brandon....its so obvious.

reply

You all need to watch this:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FxgBuhMBXSA

Dumpy wanted the US to withdraw from NATO. There would be no reason for Putin to invade.

reply

Biggest NATO Defense Spenders
The U.S. spends more on defense than any other NATO country.

According to the 2021 estimates, U.S. defense spending will be close to $811 billion this year. On the other hand, the defense spending of all other NATO countries combined is projected to be $363 billion, meaning the U.S. will outspend all other countries by a whopping $448 billion.

remember when Trump wanted a measly 5 billion to secure the southern border? lolz

reply

But why?
Why does the US spend more than double all other NATO countries combined?
you build some hospitals , or even have a national health service with that much money.

I guess that'd be a bit too "commie" though I suppose

reply

Trump had the same question. why do we, the US spend the most money and get nothing in return. Yet Trump wanted $5b for border security and Nancy said it was too much money.

reply

Or just don't collect the money in taxes or print it into existence so Americans can use that money anyway they want to.

reply

Not that you have any credibility to begin with, using grade school names doesn't help your case.

reply

Trump slammed Germany for falling short on NATO payments. Instead Germany was spending money on... A gas pipeline to Russia. No wonder he was pissed.

reply

yup, Trump exposed greed and corruption and was punished for it. thats why dems and repubs dont want him in office.

reply

I don't care if 100% think that, "would not" and "if" is not reality.

Putin is responsible for Putin.
