My uncle and his family had to flee Cuba because of this twisted ideology. Neighbors informing on neighbors. People told they must only trust the government (above their own family). It's scary stuff.

I can disagree with someone and still be friends with them, but with some folks they'll completely sever a long term friendship because of a simple ideological disagreement. It's Scientology-level cult behavior.

You can see it in the attitudes of many of the liberal posters on here. The hatred of those they disagree with. The willingness to use government and corporate power to force people into their way of thinking. So convinced they're right they not only refuse to listen to any other opinions, but actively work to stop anyone from expressing them. Willing to do anything for political power.

You see it everywhere. Vaxed wishing the unvaxed death. “Lock them up in camps. Ban them from conducting any normal activities in society”. From the unbiased news commentators at ABCNNBCBS like Don Lemming and Joe Scarborough.

Woke culture is more dangerous than the red terror, because leftists today are much more convinced that they are doing what they are doing for some greater cause, the bolsheviks too, but not on this level.

And at least the bolsheviks although they were nuts had at least some basic truths in their society, they knew men were men, women were women.
