Media has always been regulated. You can't do whatever you want with your own business if it infringes upon other's right to freedom of speech. I couldn't for example create my own twitter and say blacks are not allowed to use it. Lots of laws come into play running a business.

The thing with censoring is that we're heading more and more into China censoring methods of what you don't like to be shown although the difference is it's the government telling them to censor and not a private company. This is why Section 230 must be abolished/reformed.
