BLM proves that there is no such thing as "systemic racism" in the USA

The way virtually everyone has bowed to the BLM movement (politician, celebrities, athletes, big tech, corporations, etc) in the USA gives the lie to the claim that it is a white supremacy dominated by systemic racism against black people. The way that now you can be openly racists towards whites but any non-black so much as dares to sing along to a song that contains the "n word" they risk being "cancelled" for life shows that there is no such thing as systemic racism against white but the contrary, blacks seem heavily pandered to in practically everything.

Under the new rules they are imposing on us, saying that there's no racism is racist. Disagreeing with them in any way is racist.

And what the Marxist-supporting media never mention is that the system of the word "systemic" is the American way of life. All our freedoms, democracy and free enterprise.

Yes. Only applies to white people of course. If you are white and say you are not a racist then that proves you are a racist. If you are white and someone says you are a racist and you deny it, then that is evidence that you are a racist.

BLM ONLY responds to the deaths of black criminals resisting arrest. The lives of innocent black victims killed by gang violence mean nothing to them. But a guy who jammed a gun into a pregnant woman's belly while invading her home becomes Black Jesus.

If a criminal is on the loose, it's not a case of systemic injustice, and there's not a whole lot to protest.

If the criminal is found, but is not being charged/indicted then there's something to protest.

You know as well as I do that justice gets served when the criminal is black. So what's there to protest?

How about the inherent problems with the culture and values that enable the shooting deaths of 3 and 4 year olds and 77 year old men to be commonplace? How about the proliferation of gangs and violence in those communities and the scorn for law and order? Why isn't anyone trying to change that with protests? This ingrained crime-culture is the key factor in every problem faced by African Americans, but to even MENTION it makes the Left scream "RACIST!"

Sure, BLM could protest for the government to force more jobs in an area to reduce the poverty so less people resort to crime, but we all know you will just complain that BLM members need to build that infrastructure themselves as per the free market. Right? BLM understands how the free market works, and that the road to fixing the infrastructure isn't an easy one. There are no shortcuts on that front that protesting can accomplish.

But even before poverty-stricken communities can even begin to work on their own infrastructure, they have to be stop being treated as second class citizens by the authority. When the right wing says 'its okay for the authority to shoot black people because black criminals shoot black people too,' its obvious the goal is to keep these communities in poverty.

I'm ashamed to say it but when I first heard about George Floyd my reaction was desensitized and I thought how is this any different than Eric Garner, those cops weren't legally punished, nothing will change. I needed those protests to set my head straight.

I can't help but notice that when the earlier round of BLM riots/protests were going on during the Obama years, the participants were almost universally black people. The white protesters only came out now in the Trump era. Seems like it was more of an opportunity for them to rail against Trump than to support the BLM cause. I would imagine that if a Democrat were to win office again, the next round of BLM actions will be back to a mainly black demographic.

Don't be ashamed. They still haven't released the full bodycam video of the cops dealing with George Floyd. Floyd was acting up but we don't know how it all went down. We just saw the final eight minutes of his life and it was a powerful video. I saw video of him falling down a couple of times and another video of him in the vehicle and the ofifcers scrambling around the car trying to slam the door. I assert that a final judgment cannot be made based on partial video. If Floyd attacked the officers, I argue that a knee on the neck might be a suitable stress position to prevent further violence BUT I'm probably in the minority on this one.

I predict many people will change their minds when they release the full bodycam video. I've had to fight grapple with people fifty pounds heavier than me so I have a lot of sympathy for these cops. I have zero sympathy for ex-cons who fight with the cops. Check out Floyd's criminal record below.

Blacks do not want equality; they want superiority ("wahhhh, my ancestors were slaves"; "you didn't' bow to my random entitlements because I'm black" (no, it's not because you're black-- but rude, obnoxious, paranoid, self-loathing, and a miscreant)

Blacks should have been given a free one-way ticket complete with the most trendy cuisine on their yacht-ride back to Africa 100-200 yrs ago). Having a conscience takes self-awareness which the majority lack.

I agree that systemic racism doesn't exist in the USA. I argued in another thread that the 1964 civil rights act eliminated systemic racism since it disallowed public segregation and employment discrimination. If any company discriminates against a person for race, gender or religion, they can then be sued for damages.

I find it shocking that groups are saying that national parks need to be changed to appeal to people of color. The black associate director of the Sierra Club is talking about systemic racism in the park system. WTF? I just thought black people didn't go out in the wilderness as often even though most of them dress for it with Timberlands and Eddie Bauer gear.

As others have pointed out, an example of real systemic racism is someone filling out a college application and having his white or Asian skin counted against him. There is no systemic racism against blacks in 21st Century America. Quite the opposite, to everyone's detriment.
